Procurement & order coordination
Benjamin is a U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant with more than four years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management and team leadership. He brings a careful, organized approach to purchasing and keeping supplies moving.
At North Forge, Benjamin manages orders, incoming shipment tracking and the records behind each transaction, while supporting customers throughout the process.

Joseph Pallone, MBA
Inventory & local operations
Joseph brings hands-on logistics, sales and customer service experience. As an Amazon Area Manager, he managed sortation and outbound shipping departments with more than 100 associates. His background also includes account management at WWEX Group and hospitality at The Hotel Hershey.
At North Forge, Joseph manages inventory, coordinates local deliveries and shelf stocking, and works directly with customers to keep their businesses supplied.
